Tranquil Blue is a mid-toned blue hue with a simplicity and clarity that evokes calm water, light and air. It has been named a core color of the 2023 palette, along with Luscious or Latex Red, Sundial, and Verdigris.
In general, the spring and summer 2023 palette has trended toward bright colors that evoke feelings of positivity. It's believed buyers and fashionistas will turn toward upbeat colors that they can connect with positively.
